Preorder and Backorder Policy
When inventory is zero, backorders will be opened up on products we are currently replenishing inventory for. If no future inventory is planned and we discontinue the product entirely, it will be indicated on the product page and backordering will not be available. The product page will indicate the estimated date of product shipment. If you wish to cancel your backorder before it is shipped, please contact us directly and we’ll process your refund.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping costs will be calculated based on product weight, and actual shipping prices will be charged. Currently shipping to the US and several international countries. If your country is not listed on the shipment page, please contact us. Refunds will be accepted on unopened parcels, minus shipping costs. Exchanges will be accepted on defective or damaged products, please contact support to get your return processed.
The personal information collected (names, email addresses, etc) are not used for marketing or any other commercial or third-party purposes. Your personal information may be used to verify the identity of the account holder. Your email will not be used for solicitations or “junk” mail, either from Toy Shield or from a third-party.
